Quotations provided are estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing is determined following receipt and assessment of your materials. Quotations are valid for thirty days from the date of issue. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes an order and agreement to these terms.
You warrant that you own or have the legal right to digitise all materials you submit to us. You retain all ownership rights to your original materials and the resulting digital files. We do not claim any ownership or copyright over your materials or the digitised output.
We exercise reasonable care in handling your materials. However, some materials may be fragile or in deteriorated condition. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that materials will not sustain damage during processing. For particularly fragile or valuable items, please advise us in advance so we can discuss appropriate handling procedures.
Digital files are delivered via secure download link or USB drive as specified. Original materials are returned via tracked delivery service. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the delivery carrier. We recommend you arrange insurance for materials of significant value.
The quality of digitised output depends on the condition of original materials. We cannot restore detail that is not present in the original. While we apply appropriate processing to optimise results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Preview images are available upon request before final delivery.
Payment is due upon completion of services and before delivery of digital files or return of original materials. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Late payment may result in retention of materials until payment is received.
You may cancel an order before processing begins and receive a full refund. Once processing has commenced, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
