Pack items between rigid card or in a sturdy box to prevent bending. Avoid using rubber bands or paper clips directly on photographs. We can provide prepaid packaging upon request.
Standard delivery includes high-resolution JPEG files. We also offer TIFF format for archival purposes and can provide additional formats upon request.
Standard turnaround is two to three weeks depending on project size. Priority processing is available for time-sensitive projects.
